Utility Billing Payment Arrangement Form

  1. Purpose

    During COVID-19, the City suspended utility penalties and disconnections. This will end on June 30, 2020, provided the customer has a payment plan in place with the City of Frisco on or before June 30. Beginning July 1, 2020, Utility Billing will resume our normal collection practices. Timely payments are then required as usual. To set up your payment plan before June 30, please visit our website at friscotexas.gov/utilitybilling. You may also contact our Customer Service at 972-292-5575.

  6. Important information:

    Payment plans are approved for up to 3 months for past due charges. Please call our office to discuss your balance. Current balances are due by the current charges due date. The current charges due will not be added to this payment plan. Once you submit your Utility Billing Payment Arrangement Form, a staff member will contact you via the number you provided or an email to discuss your payment schedule.   7. Disclaimer:

    I understand that this payment arrangement will be granted for up to 3 months. Once an arrangement is entered, it cannot be altered or amended. Additionally, I understand that I must pay all current monthly charges during this 3 month period in addition to the past due arrangement amount on the due date noted on that month’s current bill. Failed arrangements are subject to service interruption without notice. Submission of this form indicates your acknowledgement and understanding of the above.
