    We will need a list of all your vendors, along with their certificate of insurance, no less than one (1) month prior to your event. We will need your decorating plans no less than fourteen (14) days prior to your event for adequate preparation.

    If you will be serving alcohol – you will need to have a TABC licensed bartender and a police officer onsite for the duration of your event.
