Municipal Court Building Temporarily Closed for Walk-In Business

(March 20, 2020) Beginning Monday, March 23, the Frisco Municipal Court, 6865 Main Street, will be closing its building to the public for walk-in business on the recommendation of state and local officials during the current health crisis.

The Court will reassess the situation as it unfolds, and further recommendations are made. Any appearance dates and deadlines will be extended at a date to be determined but for no longer than 30 days after the Governor’s State of Disaster has been lifted.

You are free to exercise other available options to resolve cases.  The Frisco Municipal Court offers several online services via our E-Court forms, at We also encourage you to use the court’s drop box on site, or the U.S. Postal Service. If unusual accommodations are required, please contact the Court at 972-292-5555, then press 0. Clerks will be available to the public by phone between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday.
