[ARCHIVED] Frisco Discovery Center Earns Advocate of the Year Award

The Frisco Discovery Center was recently named "2019 Advocate of the Year" by North Texas Performing Arts at its 4th Annual AMP Awards for supporting local theater. The Discovery Center was singled out for an AMP (Achievement of Memorable Performance) for its Black Box Theater performance space and providing a high-level of theater technical expertise. The Black Box Theater, housed inside the Frisco Discovery Center,  is a 2,300 square-foot venue with professional theater lighting, a fully-equipped dressing room and green room, and seating for up to 120 guests.
