Teenage suspect arrested for suspicious overnight fires

(April 4, 2019) Frisco Fire Department Fire Prevention Investigators -- with assistance from Frisco Police -- have arrested and filed charges against a juvenile in connection with multiple overnight fires that occurred on April 3, 2019. The suspect is charged with one count of criminal mischief.

On April 3, 2019, Firefighters responded to the area of Nicholson and Robertson Drives and found two plastic trash receptacles on fire. Once the fires were put out, investigators discovered content inside two residential mailboxes was burned along with the two trash receptacles. No homes or vehicles were damaged.  No one was hurt.
