[ARCHIVED] UPDATE: Frisco Police Need Help Locating Stonebriar Mall Shooting Suspect

During the criminal investigation of this incident, Frisco Detectives were led to Arlington, Texas where they located the suspect vehicle and were able to identify the suspects involved in this case. Frisco Detectives learned that all suspects and victims were not residents of Frisco and knew each other prior to the incident. Frisco Detectives obtained arrest warrants for three suspects below:


1. Jessica Lawson, 19 year old female of Arlington, Texas

2. Treshun Miller, 18 year old male of Arlington, Texas

3. London Lane, 18 year old male


With the assistance of the Arlington Police Department, Jessica Lawson was taken into custody three days after the offense. Lawson was an occupant of the suspect vehicle.


Miller, the driver of the suspect vehicle, was arrested after fleeing the state and is currently awaiting extradition back to Texas.


Lane, the alleged shooter, is currently at large and believed to be in the Arlington, Texas area. A photo of Lane has been attached and the public is urged to contact Frisco Police if they have any information on his whereabouts.


Since the offense, the victim has been released from the hospital.

Original Press Release: Mall Parking Lot Shooting

FRISCO, TX – On August 09, 2017, at 6:22 PM Frisco Police Officers were dispatched to Nordstrom Stonebriar Centre, located at 2613 Preston Road, in reference to an adult male with a single gunshot wound. The initial investigation revealed that the involved suspects fled the scene in a vehicle in an unknown direction after shooting the victim in the parking lot of Nordstrom. Frisco Fire Department responded and transported the victim to a nearby hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Detectives and crime scene personnel continue to investigate the shooting. The incident appears to be isolated and there is no danger to the public.
