[ARCHIVED] Frisco Police Investigate Shooting

Frisco Detectives and Crime Scene personnel are investigating a shooting in the 6000 block of Larkspur Lane. Officers were dispatched to the shooting at approximately 4:22 PM on Monday, April 3, 2017. Upon arrival, officers were able to take the 45 year old adult male shooter into custody without incident. He is currently being held in the Frisco Jail and is being charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. A 44 year old adult male victim was shot at the scene and transported to a local hospital where his condition is unknown at this time.

A cause of the shooting has not yet been determined and the incident is currently under investigation. Nothing further will be released this evening.
