[ARCHIVED] Warren Pkwy and Roads within The Star & Hall Park Closed Saturday Morning for 5K Race

(April 27, 2023) Many of the roads within The Star and Hall Park (including Warren Pkwy) will be closed Saturday morning, April 29, between 7 - 10 a.m. for the Draft Day 5K race (see attached map).  The specific road closures are shown in the attached map and described below:

During this event, Warren Pkwy will be closed between Gaylord Pkwy and Gridiron Rd.  Traffic on Warren Pkwy will be diverted onto Gaylord Pkwy, Hall of Fame Ln, and Gridiron Rd to go around the road closures. Detour signs will be posted.

In The Star, all of the roads south of the Ford Center will be closed, including Cowboys Way, Avenue of Champions, The Star Blvd and Winning Dr.  Public parking for race participants will be available in the Silver Parking Garage, which will only be accessible by using the driveway from Gaylord Pkwy.  As shown on the map, some of the retail roads will open earlier than the others as runners clear the area, which will grant access to the Blue Parking Garage.  However, these areas must still be accessed from Gaylord Pkwy before 10 a.m.

In Hall Park, Internet Blvd and Network Blvd will be closed along with several large parking lots.  There will be no vehicular access to the portion of Hall Park west of Gaylord Pkwy during this event.

As a reminder, drivers can also use the Waze app to navigate around road closures.  Click here to learn about Waze or install it on your smartphone.
