[ARCHIVED] Frisco Police Seek Help to Identify Suspect of Invasive Visual Recording

The Frisco Police Department is asking for help identifying a male suspect who is believed to have used a cell phone to video or photograph a juvenile female in the female portion of the changing rooms at the Super Target store located at 3201 Preston Road, Frisco, Texas.

On Tuesday, May 3rd at approximately 7:00 p.m., a juvenile female was using the changing rooms on the female side to try on clothes when she observed an unknown male suspect peering over the wall with a cellphone pointed at her. The female victim notified her parent and Super Target employees, but the suspect left the location before he could be identified.

The suspect is described as a skinny, white, male, approximately 5’11 in height, with dark hair. He was wearing a dark color baseball style hat.

Frisco Police Detectives obtained surveillance video showing the suspected person and request the public’s help in identifying him. No vehicle description was obtained. (Photos Attached)

The suspect faces a State Jail Felony for Invasive Visual Recording, Texas Penal Code 21.15.

Target Corporation is cooperating fully with the investigation in order to help identify the suspect.
