News Flash

(UPDATED: March 1, 2021) The following roadway projects may impact traffic this coming week.  These projects will be completed within two weeks (weather permitting) unless otherwise noted.

Traffic Signal Work - Added 3/1/21
– Main St at Custer Rd (PDF) - Contractor will be making repairs to wiring and will require signal to be in flashing mode on Wednesday, March 3, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. (weather permitting). Police will be onsite directing traffic.
– Dallas Pkwy at El Dorado Pkwy (PDF) - Upgrade work at the intersection planned for Friday, March 5 starting at 9 a.m.  Work  should take about 2 hrs. (weather permitting).

Restriping Work
Please expect daily lane closes from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (weather permitting) for restriping work on the following three roadways this week (See attached PDF of Map for all roadways below): 
– John Elliott Dr  (All Stars Ave - Research Rd)
– Sports Village Rd (Frisco St - John Elliott Dr)
– Technology Dr (Frisco St - John W Elliott Dr)
– Enterprise Dr (Frisco St - John W. Elliott Dr)

Ongoing Pavement Repairs 
– Eastbound Lebanon Rd between Palmetto Dr and Coit Rd (PDF)
– 1052 Heathrow Dr (PDF) (Windsor Place Neighborhood)

Ongoing Pavement Reconstruction Project
– Belle Chasse Ln between Promise Land Dr and Amelina Ln (Plantation Resort Neighborhood) (PDF) - Added 2/22/21

New Pavement Repairs
– Northbound Dallas Pkwy between BNSF railroad tracks and Genesis Ct (PDF) - Started 2/26/21
– Southbound Hillcrest left turn lane at Pagewynne Dr (PDF)
– 7113 Sonoma Valley Dr (PDF) (Preston Vineyard Neighborhood)
– Eastbound and Westbound Warren Pkwy, east of Preston Rd (PDF) - Contractor project planned to take about 3 weeks to complete.
