Collin County Confirms Death of 91-Year Old Frisco Man, Frisco's Seventh COVID-19 Related Death

(August 11, 2020) A 91 year-old man from Frisco with COVID-19 and underlying health conditions died Sunday, August 9, according to Collin County Health Care Services (CCHCS). No additional information has been provided. Frisco has confirmed a total of seven COVID-19 related deaths between Denton and Collin counties.

“We are so sad to hear about another COVID-19 related death of one of our Frisco neighbors,” said Mayor Jeff Cheney.  “As you keep this man in your thoughts and prayers, please do your part to slow the spread of the virus.  Success requires all of us to follow CDC guidelines:  wear masks, social distance, sanitize and wash your hands often.”
