Fire Prevention Office

The Frisco Fire Prevention Office (Fire Marshal's Office) services include fire investigation (cause and origin); review of fire protection system plans for new construction and development; fire-related criminal investigations; plus research and development of fire and life safety code and ordinances to protect the lives and property of all those who live, work, or visit the City of Frisco.

Fire Permit Guidelines

Fire permits shall be submitted through an online portal.  To submit the fire permit, follow the steps on the Fire Permit Guidelines page.

Flow Tests

Request a flow test by emailing flow tests; Provide as much detail as possible as to the location where the flow test needs to be performed.

Backflow Preventers Information Request

Backflow preventers are required to be maintained by the City of Frisco Public Works Department.
