Community Captain Program

Join our volunteer network as a WaterWise Community Captain and help spread the message about the importance of water conservation in our community! The WaterWise Community Captain Program is a great way to get to know your neighbors and help educate the community about the city's water efficiency and water quality programs.

Ready to Join our Team?

Our goal is to have a WaterWise Community Captain representative for every neighborhood in Frisco! We encourage residents to organize block parties, take part in their HOA communications, participate in neighborhood events, and get creative in developing your own unique way of passing on water efficiency information to neighbors.
Community Captains
