The Water Division is responsible for the operation, repair, and maintenance of all water lines, valves, and fire hydrants. The Water Division performs daily sampling required by the State of Texas to maintain a superior water quality rating for the citizens of Frisco. The City of Frisco purchases treated water from the North Texas Municipal Water District. The water is stored in four ground storage tanks until it is pumped to one of our four elevated water towers. Water is then distributed through pipes to Frisco citizens and all non-residential customers.
