The City of Frisco is eligible for direct funding from the Emergency Rental Assistance Program included in Congress's latest COVID-19 relief package. On December 6, the U.S. Treasury Department announced the new $25 billion emergency rental assistance program authorized under the year-end COVID-19 relief and omnibus spending package. The funds awarded for City of Frisco residents is $6,058,027.
The United States Department of Housing and Urban Development has provided informational resources for Renters facing eviction and Homeowners facing foreclosure due to COVID-19.

County Based Assistance
For those residents who are not in the Frisco city limits, you may be eligible for rent and utility assistance through Collin or Denton County. Read more about how to apply with your respective county below.
Collin County Emergency Rental Assistance Program
