Stop the Bleed Classes

Interested in learning more about how to help in an emergency? The Frisco Fire Department now offers a free Stop the Bleed class for people who live or work in Frisco. 

(March 11, 2020) We have temporarily suspended registrations for all Community Education related activities; We will share updates, when available. 

Once registration resumes please use our online request form to sign up for this program.

Attendees will learn the basics of bleeding control.  Advance registration is required.  

The class is limited to 16 students and is open to those 10 and up (all minors must be accompanied by an adult;  one adult can register up to two minors.) Classes will be held at Fire Station 6, 3535 Eldorado Parkway.  

Stop the Bleed is a national awareness campaign and call-to-action, encouraging bystanders to become trained, equipped and empowered to help in a bleeding emergency before professional help arrives.
