General Information

  • All rates are per hour with a 4-hour minimum.
  • Short-notice is defined as a job request received less than 48 hours prior to the start of the event.
  • Any cancellation within 24 hours of an event will result in an invoice for two (2) hours per officer assigned at the event's scheduled rate. A vendor must contact the Frisco Police Community Services at [email protected] to cancel the event. If an officer arrives at an event and is then informed that it has been canceled, the four (4) hour minimum will be in effect.
  • There is a $25 per hour charge for the use of a police vehicle (if requested). This charge is at the discretion of the Frisco Police Department.

The Frisco Police Department will work with venues to ensure proper staffing. However, the Frisco Police Department may, at its discretion, require additional staffing to ensure adequate coverage depending on the size, nature, and location of the event.

Holiday rates will apply to the entire weekend if the holiday falls on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday. For example, if the holiday falls on Friday, the holiday rate will apply Friday through Sunday. If it falls on a Monday, the holiday rate will apply from Saturday through Monday. If any part of the officer's shift falls on one of these holidays the full job will be billed at the holiday rate.
