Become a 2018 Merry Main Street Vendor

Apply beginning September 1

Join the City of Frisco Parks & Recreation Department in welcoming an estimated 15,000 people to Merry Main Street.  This family favorite features a holiday market, food court, live music by Frisco elementary school choirs, photos with Santa, the famous Kid’s Holiday Store, Santa’s Workshop holiday crafts, carriage rides, a Heritage Christmas (new this year!), and the City’s official tree lighting in Simpson Plaza.

Who should apply to be a vendor?

Artisans
Boutiques
Handmade crafts
Gourmet foods

Vendor selection/Approval:

  • Only complete applications with payment will be reviewed.
  • Only applicants selling unique, quality or homemade merchandise will be considered
  • Categories of product types will be limited, but exclusivity is not guaranteed.
  • Product quality will determine selection, with priority for vendors that are in scope of the holiday event. The vendor committee reserves the right to choose the best vendors suited for this event.
  • Applications will be reviewed in order received starting on September 1.
  • The vendor committee will make final selections November 6.  Late applications will not be accepted.
  • Vendors will be notified of application status via email by November 8.  Approved vendors will be sent complete event details.

Approved vendors must attend a mandatory meeting on Tuesday, November 13 at 6 p.m. at the Senior Center at Frisco Square, 6670 Moore Street, Frisco TX, 75034.

Food Vendor: The City is looking for quality food vendors to be a part of this year’s Merry Main Street. All sorts of applications from food trucks to popup vendors will be considered. All booths include a 10’ X 10’ Space, one 6’ table with cover, two chairs, one quad box (4 outlets, 110 volts, 20 amps) and two parking passes. A tent will not be provided for food vendors, you may bring your own. You will be required to submit a temporary health permit.

Non-Profit Food Vendor: If you are a non-profit 501(c)(3) food vendor wanting to apply for Merry Main Street this is the application for you. The city is looking for quality food vendors to be a part of this year’s Merry Main Street. All booths include a 10’ X 10’ Space, one 6’ table with cover, two chairs, one quad box (4 outlets, 110 volts, 20 amps) and two parking passes. Holiday Gift Market Vendor: This year the Holiday Gift Market will be featuring local artisans, makers, gourmet food and boutiques. The City will only be accepting vendors that have items to sell. Non-Profit Veteran Support Groups: If you are a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that supports veterans in the Frisco community, and would like to use the event as outreach for your organization, limited spaces are available to sell items or food to support your cause. Free.
