The Frisco Art Gallery features rotating exhibitions by local, regional, national, and international artists as solo or group shows. From DFW to South Korea, the Frisco Discovery Center welcomes a broad range of artists to exhibit artwork.

"imPRESS" Exhibition Call for Art

March 5 - March 30

Reception, Saturday, March 16, 2 to 4 p.m.

Calling all printmakers to submit artwork for "imPRESS," an exclusively printmaking exhibition for artist ages 18 and up. All forms of printmaking are welcome, including woodcut relief, lithography, intaglio, collagraphs, etc. 

Submissions & Deadlines

  • Entry fee is $30 for up to five pieces. 
  • Payment may be made by check, or MasterCard or Visa at time of drop-off, or checks may be mailed to the Frisco Discovery Center, 8004 Dallas Parkway, Suite 200, Frisco, TX 75034.
  • Accepted pieces must be framed and ready-to-hang with wire installed on the back.
  • Artists must sign a release.
  • Entry fee must be paid by load-in time. 
  • Load-in is Sunday, March 3, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
  • Load-out is Sunday, March 31, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

"Fresh Start" Art Exhibition - Visual Arts Guild of Frisco

The Visual Arts Guild of Frisco presents its annual members-only art show, featuring new artworks in a variety of media.

Galleries at the Frisco Discovery Center

Display artwork and host art receptions in one or more galleries at the Frisco Discovery Center. The Arakawa Rail and Cable System allows for flexible placement and professional display.
  • The Main Gallery features bright colors, soaring ceilings, a high volume of foot-traffic, contemporary design, and 186 linear feet of hanging space.
  • At 855 square feet, the Reception Gallery provides a more intimate exhibition space adjacent to the entrance for the Black Box Theater.
  • The Special Event Room Galleries are more affordable, at $125 per exhibition, but are not always available for public viewing.
  • The galleries primarily support the display of two-dimensional media, such as painting and photography. Limited space for sculptural work is available.

Gallery Rentals

  • Frisco Art Gallery (Main, Reception, or both),  $325 for 2-6 weeks.
  • Art Reception rental rates start at $35 per hour and include space with up to two tables.  
  • No commission is collected on any work sold.  Potential buyers will be put in touch with the artist.
