Choose one of four staggered start options and join us Dec. 5 to run this year's new 5K route. Participants must attend the time scheduled during registration.
No gun time. Start your race when you are ready during your 20-minute interval. Participants will wear face coverings until they cross the start line and must put them back on after crossing the finish line.
Awards will be announced virtually and via email to all participants. Awards will be available for pick up from the Frisco Athletic Center starting Dec. 11 during facility hours.
Ages 12 and under must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Individuals wishing to walk the course are also welcome.
11 and under, 12-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 and over.
5K Race Awards and Chip Timing for In-Person 5K
Awards will be presented to the Best Overall and Masters Male/Female, Master's Awards for Male and Female 40 and over, as well as the top three male/female age group finishers. You must war a timing tag to be timed and eligible for awards.
Walkers are welcome to participate! Main Street reopens at 10 a.m. and all participants who have not crossed to the south side of Main Street by that time must use sidewalks, crosswalks, and obey traffic laws. Police will be present to assist with crossing. See course map.
Parking for this event is in the City Hall parking garage on Page Street.
Dogs are welcome to participate alongside their owners in the Frosty 5K & Merry Mile. However, according to the City's ordinance, all dogs must be on a leash and have up-to-date vaccinations. Runners racing with a canine companion or stroller will begin in the last corral.
S.O.A.R. Scholarship Opportunities for Activities and Recreation
Proceeds from the Frosty 5K and Merry Mile race benefit the Play Frisco recreation and special event scholarship program, S.O.A.R., and help fund our free special events throughout the year. Thank you for supporting opportunities to play for our community.
