Spilled Light

Jody Wissing

Artist Statement

I see art as a way of life and a selfless expression of being a humanitarian.
Everything is a blank canvas. Most of my paintings are created on
repurposed canvas, magazine pages, journal pages or items rescued
from my recycling bin. My photographs capture the cultural chaos we
live in and the humor in everyday life. I enjoy taking a camera with me
everywhere I go. I can be entertained for hours with a photographic
device of any type, and I’m an Instagram junkie. (@embracechaos)

This photograph is my vision in an abandoned house.
