The Office of City Secretary-Records Management is responsible for developing policy and administering the records retention and destruction policy as required by state statute.
The Records Management Office provides training and assistance for the care and maintenance of all of the City of Frisco records. This Records Center houses all legal transactions, City Council minutes, agendas, deeds, ordinances, resolutions, alcohol permits, contracts, franchises and a vast array of other historical and regulatory information. The City Secretary is designated as the City’s Records Management Officer by both state and City ordinance.
