The City of Frisco's Revenue Collections Office, 1st Floor, City Hall, will be closed Thursday, July 24th and Friday, July 25th, 2014 for a major upgrade of the utility billing system. The on-line payment system will not be available from 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 23rd through Monday, July 28th, 2014 at 8:00 a.m. No payments will be due on these days.
**IMPORTANT UPDATE** The City of Frisco can now accept credit and debit card payments through our website. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card transactions will be charged a 2 percent convenience fee. Payments can also be mailed, paid in person at City Hall or automatically withdrawn from your checking or savings account. The City also plans to offer ebilling in the near future, as we implement upgrades to our billing system.

All debit card transactions will incur the same processing fees as credit card transactions (convenience fee and municipal transaction fee) when paid online.

For missed trash and recycling pick up, or for bulk pick up, call Community Waste Disposal, the city's residential service provider, at 972-392-9300.
If you would like to drop off your payment after hours, please use the night drop box behind the Frisco Public Library at 6101 Frisco Square Blvd. These payments are picked up every weekday morning before 7:30 a.m.
