**IMPORTANT NOTICE**
Due to changes in the City’s banking contracts, the City of Frisco will no longer accept Visa credit or debit cards. MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card transactions will be charged a 2% convenience fee. Debit card transactions will not be assessed a convenience fee.
Payments can also be mailed, paid in person at City Hall, or automatically withdrawn from your checking or savings account.
Please download and complete a residential / commercial application for new service, or to transfer or disconnect service.
For after hours water and sewer emergencies, please call 972-292-5800.
For missed trash and recycling pick up, or for bulk pick up, call Community Waste Disposal, the city's residential service provider, at 972-392-9300.
NIGHT DROP:
If you would like to drop off your payment after hours, please use the night drop box located behind the Frisco Public Library at 6101 Frisco Square Blvd. These payments are picked up every weekday morning before 7:30 a.m.
