David Shilson is the Deputy Chief of Police of the Services Bureau. Deputy Chief Shilson has been with the Frisco Police Department since 2002 and has worked in the Patrol, Traffic, Personnel and Training, and Administration Divisions.
Deputy Chief Shilson has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas A&M University in Political Science, an Associates Degree from Blinn College in Criminal Justice, and a Masters Degree from The University of Texas at Arlington in Public Administration. Deputy Chief Shilson is a graduate of the FBI National Academy 243rd session and a graduate of the Bill Blackwood Law Enforcement Institute of Texas.
Deputy Chief Shilson is married, and has a son and daughter.
