The City of Frisco Health & Food Safety in partnership with the Frisco Independent School District
Please note: Classes listed below do not offer Certification as a ‘Food Handler’ or a ‘Certified Food Protection Manager.' Currently, the City of Frisco only offers this Food Safety Class as an additional resource. Frisco food establishment employees, other than concessionaires, are reminded it is required by the Frisco Health Ordinance to provide one (1) Certified Food Protection Manager at all times of operation. It is mandatory for all FISD concession stand workers, as well as all City of Frisco concession stand workers, to attend one (1) of the following Food Safety Classes. Priority will be given, at this time, to concession stand workers. Reservations are required. Please contact Health & Food Safety at 972-292-5304 or e-mail health@friscotexas.gov for availability and reservations. If you receive an automatic message, please provide which class date you are enrolling, your name and contact number.
Cost: Free
Dates and times are as follows. A class will be cancelled a day before each class date which there is not at least five (5) attendee reservations confirmed.
