The focus of plan review and building inspection is ‘quality’ residential and commercial construction. Your best effort, along with ours, will achieve the goals of life safety, energy efficiency and quality home construction. Residential construction must adhere to the following codes with local amendments as outlined in the adopting ordinances.
During each plan review, a plans examiner looks at every aspect of construction and design to ensure compliance with the adopted codes. To schedule an appointment or speak with a plans examiner, please call 972-292-5301.
