The Administrative Services Department is responsible for the management of the City's procurement process; the protection of the City's physical assets; and related support services for Frisco citizens and City operations. Core services managed in this department include Purchasing, Fleet Services, Building Services, Support Services and Risk Management. Administrative Services also manages various contracts and agreements for all City departments.
