On Tuesday, April 2, 2013, US Customs Agents at DFW Airport identified Kyle Austin Ware (W/M 30 years old) as having multiple warrants stemming from sexual assault offenses in Frisco.   Ware’s name was identified on a passenger manifest for a flight leaving on April 2, 2013 from Dallas, Texas to Paris, France.  Ware has no permanent address available at this time.

Ware is currently charged with three counts of Continuous Sexual Abuse of a child under 14 in Collin County.  Ware came in contact with the victims while working as a coach at a local private training facility for cheer and dance.  The bond for each charge has been set at $100,000 for a total of $300,000.

The Texas Penal Code states Continuous Sexual Abuse of a child under 14 is classified as a felony of the first degree, which is punishable by imprisonment in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for life, or for any term of not more than 99 years or less than 25 years. The investigation is ongoing and further charges are possible.
