(July 30, 2010) Due to the construction of the municipal center parking garage, the driveway behind City Hall and Frisco Public Library will be temporarily narrowed to one lane and restricted to one-way travel beginning Wednesday, August 4.
It is expected to remain in this pattern for at least two months. During this time, the book drop and utility bill drive-through will remain open, but traffic will only be allowed to travel in the eastbound direction behind the building.
