  10. Please note that The Grove at Frisco Commons programs will take precedent.

    Requests must be submitted AT LEAST 2 months in advance. Late request are subject availability and are handled on a case by case basis. 

  11. At the conclusion of the rental please complete the following.
  12. Other Guidelines:
  13. • All activities will be scheduled and arranged through The Grove staff on a first come, first served basis.
  14. • Emergency exits must always remain clear, in accordance with Fire Department regulations for safety.
  15. • Smoking and tobacco products are prohibited inside the facility and will only be permitted in designated smoking areas, no closer than twenty (20) linear feet from entrances.
  16. • Activities or other rentals may be scheduled following your event. Please leave the site as you found it and notify The Grove staff of any issues or repairs needed.
  17. • All room capacities are posted and will be enforced in accordance with Fire Department regulations for safety.
  18. • Pets will not be allowed in the facility or on the grounds, except when assisting the disabled.
  19. • Nothing may be tacked, nailed, or stapled, to either inside or outside walls.
