Impact Fees - Impact fee schedules, based on plat date.

Street Name Listing — Preliminary Plat submittals must include proposed street names;
use our street name listing to make sure your names are not already taken.

Many developers also need information from the following sources:
Building Permits — Part of our Building Inspection Division, handles approving construction permits.
Green Building Program — Information on our Green Building Program.
Health & Food Safety — Information for constructing pools and for any development that plans to
prepare or serve food.
Engineering Services Department — Drainage, right-of-way, utilities, as-builts all go through
Roadway Projects — Engineering Services oversees the construction of City streets.
