City of Frisco Offering Free, Potable Water Filling Station

(February 19, 2021) The City of Frisco is offering a free, potable water filling station to homeowners who don’t have water because their internal systems have been ‘cut off’ to help  protect against further water damage.

Beginning tomorrow, Saturday, February 20, the water filling station will be open daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at The Grove at Frisco Commons, 8300 McKinney Road. Follow this link for a map

Residents need to bring their own containers; multiple containers are allowed. City of Frisco employees will fill containers and return to customers needing potable water for health, hygiene and household uses.

An estimated two-thousand Frisco homes are without water due to broken household pipes following the extreme winter storm, which began February 14.
