In order to transfer service from one residence to another in Frisco, a $20 transfer fee along with a $25 non-refundable administrative fee will be collected. Please complete the online Transfer Application.
Trash and recycle carts belong to the house. It is the resident's responsibility to keep track of those carts. If they go missing:
Option 1: Look for your cart(s) - check social media and talk to your neighbors. Strong winds can take empty carts a few blocks. Environmental Services suggests writing your address on your carts to easily identify your cart.
Option 2: File a police report for missing cart(s).
Option 3: Purchase new cart(s) - each cart is $73.80 to replace.
