Our goal is to sustain and improve the quality of life of all who call Frisco their home and to safeguard our natural resources for present and future generations. We are responsible for residential recycling and trash services, commercial building waste and recycling services, environmental education and outreach, and household hazardous waste safe disposal.
In recognition of Independence Day, your weekly curbside services (recycling, trash, and yard waste) will be one day late. If your regular curbside services occur on Mondays, your refuse will be collected Tuesday, July 5. If your regular curbside services occur on Tuesdays, your refuse will be collected on Wednesday, July 6. If your regular curbside services occur on Wednesdays, your refuse will be collected on Thursday, July 7. If your regular curbside services occur on Thursdays, your refuse will be collected on Friday July 8. If your regular curbside services occur on Fridays, your refuse will be collected on Saturday, July 9. Monday, July 11 all curbside services will resume as normal.
There will be no bulk waste pick-up on the second Saturday of the month, July 9. Please call 972-292-5900 to schedule. No other bulk waste pick-ups will be effected.
Join us on Saturday, August 13 at 6616 Walnut Street from 8 a.m. to noon, dispose of your refuse, recyclables, metal, household hazardous waste (HHW), electronics, and more!
Don't want to wait? Visit our Environmental Collection Center on Wed 2 - 6 p.m. and Sat from 8 a.m.-1 p.m to dispose of HHW and electronics. Trash can be taken to the Custer Transfer Station at 9901 Custer Road in Plano, open Mon-Sat 8 am - 4 pm. Please bring your driver's license and a current Frisco water bill with matching address when you visit.
