Birthday Celebration Visits

August 20, 2021 - Out of an abundance of caution all 'visits' for birthday celebrations, pre-schools and block parties, etc. have been suspended.  We will share updates when they become available.

Celebrate your child’s birthday by having a fire truck visit your location. Children will have the opportunity to see the fire truck and receive fire service goodies from the visiting crew.

Scheduling Information:

  • There is no minimum age for a birthday celebratory visit.
  • To be eligible to book a visit the location must be within our fire response districts (within Frisco city limits or within our response districts for  Hackberry and Denton County.)
  • We offer birthday visits on Saturdays only, between 1 - 4 p.m. (except holiday weekends.)
  • Our visits are limited to 30 minutes and crews will  remain outdoors.
  • We will provide plastic fire hats/stickers for all children attending the visit.
  • Our celebratory visits are FREE of charge.
  • Our visiting crews are 'in service' so an emergency response call may alter their time of arrival or departure.

When visits resume, check back for the online registration form.   We do ask that you make your request at least 10 days in advance to allow ample time to notify the crew on duty.

Station Tours  (remain suspended at this time)

Our house is your house! The Frisco Fire Department and its stations are open for free tours. Meet the firefighters and check out the fire engines, ambulances and see the living area where the firefighters stay when not responding to calls.

  • Visitors will be guided by a Frisco Firefighter
  • The tour includes seeing the some living areas of the station and a fire apparatus
  • Children may be given a plastic fire helmet and badge sticker

When scheduling resumes an online request form will be available to schedule your visit at the fire station of your choice.  We do ask that you request your visit at least 5 days in advance to allow time to notify the crew on duty the day of your visit.

Block Parties, Pre-schools & Community Events!

Put us on your guest list! Frisco firefighters enjoy getting to know their neighbors and others in our community.

  • We can visit your preschool, block party, HOA or apartment community event, FISD event or church related event for an 'outdoor' visit only;  All locations must be within the city limits or in one of our extra fire response districts in Hackberry and Denton county.
  • Our visiting crews are 'in service' so an emergency response call may alter their time of arrival or departure.
  • Unfortunately, we are not able to schedule business events.
  • Visits are scheduled for 30 minutes with an in-service unit.  They may have to leave if an emergency call comes in.

When visits resume, check back for the online registration form; We do ask that you make your request at least 10 days in advance to allow ample time to notify the crew on duty the day of your visit.
