Alight Solutions

Alight Solutions is a health concierge service that is provided free of charge by the City of Frisco to Plan participants. They provide price-transparency, quality checks on facilities, and patient advocacy. Alight is known to help our employees save on some of their medical expenses. Employees and their family members are encouraged to take advantage of their services. Alight helps make healthcare a little easier and less confusing.

The City’s dedicated Health Pro Consultant is Emily Diep. Emily makes it her number one priority to support both customers in navigating through the healthcare system. She and her team are ready to help employees and their families get their healthcare questions answered. They can recommend in-network medical facilities and doctors as well. If there is a question of the validity of a medical bill, Emily and her team can help verify the costs.
