Food Establishment Requirements


Frisco requires one (1) Certified Food Manager on duty at all hours of operation, per establishment. On September 1, 2016 Frisco began enforcement of additional State requirements that mandate each food service worker to successfully complete an accredited Food Handler course. 
 

Online Course Registration


Only ANSI-accredited or Texas Department of State Health Services-accredited courses will be accepted. See below:

Only one (1) Certification is required per person. 
The Food Manager Certification is more rigorous and will be accepted in lieu of a Food Handler Certification.
