There are 2 options to establish new water, sewer, sanitation, and recycling service.
Please come by City Hall. You will need to bring the following:
A valid picture identification (driver's license). Out of state checks and driver's licenses are accepted.
$100 deposit in cash, check, or money order only. We can also bill the $100 deposit on your first bill.
A $20 non-refundable administrative fee will be charged for each account. You will also need to fill out a short application.
You may download the Residential (PDF) / Commercial (PDF) application, fill it out, and return it to City Hall in person, by mail, or by fax to 972-292-5585. You will need to include a copy of your driver's license with your faxed or mailed applications.
For all options, your trash and recycling carts will be delivered in 5 business days.
In order to transfer service from one residence to another in Frisco, a $10 transfer fee along with a $20 non-refundable administrative fee will be collected. Please complete the Transfer Application (PDF) and return it to City Hall in person, by mail, or by fax to 972-292-5585.
